Performs the same validation as validate, and additionally reports the entitlement the session is running on when the Identity Provider has a concept of one player playing on a licence owned by another, such as Steam Family Sharing.

Providers with no such concept inherit this default, which reports no delegated entitlement.

ValidatedIdentity Return if token is valid.
