Fails with ktor’s ResponseException when the server answered with an error status, and with HttpRequestFailedException when it did not answer at all. Cancellation propagates untouched.

The request’s HttpRequest.sensitiveValues are redacted from both: the ResponseException is rebuilt, with the same type, over a redacted request URL, and the cause of HttpRequestFailedException is replaced by a redacted copy when any message in its chain carries one of them.
