Identity Providers that can report a session running on a licence owned by another account, each mapped to the IdProvider value the engine records that owner under.

Steam Family Sharing is the only one today. A platform that gains a concept of lending a licence takes its own value from the Pragma range rather than reusing this one, and adding it here is what makes the engine handle it: recording, containment and propagation all resolve the provider through this table rather than naming one.
