Sets a player’s preferred game server zones.

Request validation:

If player is not in a party, throws PragmaError.PartyService_NotInParty. If player is not a party leader, throws PragmaError.PartyService_PlayerNotLeader.

Set new zones:

The new preferred game server zones are set on the party from the request, then all party members are notified.
